The Altra Escalante 4 uses a new engineered knit upper and knit tongue that gives you a socklike, forgiving fit.

A rubber outsole is evolved for a lighter weight and improved flexibility, giving you a more connected feel on the road.

Altra EGO midsole foam is designed to feel more like the Escalante 1.5 and 2.0 underfoot, and it has the zero drop and wide foot box made famous by the brand.
